Assisted living · Skilled nursing · Memory care · Primarily 15–150 beds

Know where AI is being used. Know whether it is delivering results.

AISureCare provides independent AI governance and performance oversight for rural senior living. We assess your facility’s existing AI footprint, including shadow AI, advise on new AI purchases, and return to compare real outcomes with the goals set for deployment.

We advise and oversee AI decisions; we do not sell or install AI systems. No resident or patient records are requested through this website.

  • Twelve multiple-choice questions
  • Results on screen when you finish
  • Senior living and grant-funded AI versions

What leaders need to know

AI may already be in use. Is anyone responsible for it, and can you show that it works?

Common situations worth investigating. These are not claims about every facility:

Shadow AI. Employees may be using public AI chat tools for notes, messages, or summaries without an approved policy or leadership visibility.

Built-in AI. AI features arrive inside scheduling, documentation, billing, or communication software, but no one owns the risk review.

Unproven savings. A vendor promises time savings, yet the facility has no baseline or ongoing measure to verify the value of the AI purchase.

You do not need another AI product to begin. You need an independent picture of what is already in use, what should be controlled, and what success would look like.

Take the free screening

Two perspectives. One accountable AI program.

For owners: protect the investment. For administrators: protect the operation.

AISureCare applies the same independent AI oversight to different leadership priorities.

Owners and operators

“Is our AI spending justified?”

AISureCare independently identifies AI already in use, including informal tools, and helps leadership weigh potential purchases before committing funds. Follow-up reviews compare actual performance with the goals that justified deployment, so owners can see whether their AI investments are producing measurable value, rather than relying on vendor promises.

Administrators and executives

“Can my team use AI safely and consistently?”

AISureCare helps administrators identify shadow AI and AI features embedded in everyday systems, clarify appropriate staff use and human oversight, and document who is responsible when concerns arise. Follow-up reviews examine whether workflows improved, without adding unnecessary administrative burden.

AISureCare primarily serves rural assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care facilities with 15–150 beds. Smaller 2–14-bed settings are considered individually.

What the free screening covers

Six AI oversight areas. Two questions each.

Start the Free Assessment

AI Inventory and Goals

Whether AI is chosen for a reason that serves residents and staff, and whether leadership knows where it is used.

Staff and Shadow AI

Whether staff know how to use AI in ways that respect residents.

Workflow and Human Review

Whether a person who knows the resident checks AI output, and whether care tasks are completed reliably.

AI Vendor and Purchase Review

Whether AI is chosen with residents' dignity in mind, not only price and features.

Data and Incident Safeguards

Whether residents' and staff information is protected, and whether concerns are handled quickly.

Impact and Ongoing Oversight

Whether AI is judged by what it does for residents and staff, not only by what it saves.

It is a starting point for planning. It is not: a compliance review or certification a clinical assessment a survey or audit legal advice

How it works

From a free screening to ongoing oversight.

  1. 1

    Free AI screening

    Twelve questions. Results on screen.

  2. 2

    Review results

Priority areas and the chance to discuss them.

  3. 3

    Independent baseline

An agreed, paid review of current and informal AI use.

  4. 4

    Purchasing advice

Goals, owners, and measures before you buy.

  5. 5

    Ongoing reviews

Results compared with the baseline over time.

After the baseline: lower-cost recurring oversight.

Quarterly and monthly options compare current AI use, governance, and measured outcomes with your baseline. Visits, evidence, and scope are agreed in advance.

RHTP / Grant AI Impact

Grant / RHTP Support details

RHTP and other grants

Grant-funded AI needs evidence, not just activity.

  • “We need an independent record of whether project AI meets its stated goals.”
  • “Our grant reporting requires evidence, accountable owners, and regular review.”
  • “We need monthly findings that leadership can examine and use.”

A good fit when

You are responsible for a grant-related AI project that needs recurring independent checks against agreed goals and documented findings.

Common questions

Who is this for?+

Owners and administrators of assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care facilities, primarily 15–150 beds. Smaller 2–14-bed settings are considered case by case. Grant and rural healthcare projects may have different scopes.

Is the assessment free?+

Yes. The assessment is free. If you want to talk about services afterward, you can book a call.

What information is needed?+

Your name, work email, and twelve self-reported answers about AI use, governance, purchasing, and impact measures. Organization name is optional. Do not provide resident, patient, or staff personal information.

What if I am not sure of an answer?+

Choose Not sure. It counts as zero points, so that area shows Needs Attention. Areas with a Not sure answer appear first in Where to start, because finding the answer is often the most useful next step.

What happens after the assessment?+

Your results appear on screen right away. The SeniorPeer team receives your name, email, answers, and scores so they can follow up. You can book a call to talk through the results, or stop there.

How do Safe AI Governance and Proven Impact differ?+

Safe AI Governance examines current and shadow AI, responsibility, rules, and risk. Proven Impact compares deployed AI against baseline goals and evidence. AISureCare Complete combines them.

Is this a compliance certification?+

No. AISureCare signs its independent findings where contracted, including grant-related reviews, but does not provide official regulatory or grant compliance certification, clinical evaluations, or legal advice.
